Pre-Season 6 - US Qualifiers

Play-offs. The six players are drawn at random into three best-of-three matches. The winners go to the upper bracket and the losers to the lower bracket.

Double elimination. Every match is a best of three. Losing in the upper bracket drops a player to the lower bracket; losing in the lower bracket eliminates them. The play-off winner with the best score (most games won, then fewest lost) goes straight to the Upper Final, and the other two play each other for the second place in it. The Upper Final’s loser drops to the Lower Final, against the lower bracket’s winner.

Qualifying. There is no Grand Final: the winners of the Upper Final and the Lower Final are the two players who represent the US in Season 6.
